Anyone know 65 Mustangs? Got a question about trunk floors

do these holes look factory? I think they belong there. What are they for?

Then there was this hole that was filled. I suspect I need to break out the welder on this one? Can anyone identify this one?

today I went to Sac Mustang to get some bumper brackets and as I was leaving I saw the particle board piece that belongs there. They even elongated the holes a tad to ensure a good fit to the holes. I'll come back for that piece when it's time. Thanks again.
