Amen to that, Brother....$2.99 A Gallon in The Bay area AND RISING....Let's see..The Vette Holds 28 Gallons ...At say $3.00 a gallon. ..that's $84 bucks to fill the tank....At (if I'm Nice...10 miles to the gallon) Thats 280 miles a tank...and goes by real fast around here! ain:

Powerwashed her real good, ran thread chasers thru every thread I could find and used those little brushes in every oil gallery I could get to.

I couldnt get the rod caps off without screwing the plastigage up. Thats why yer mics worked way better. :thumbup: HG
