I just bought a 2004 Crown Vic Police Interceptor with around 100,000 miles on it. At the present time I am just updating it and correcting a few mechanical and visual issues. I have little to no experience in building or modifying cars, but do wish to start. I therefor, appreciate any and all help if I can't find the answers on the forum. Thanks again. If I can share any of my small knowledge I will be glad to.

Welcome.. That is the way most of us got started by fixing up a car to suit ourselves. The Crown Vic can make a nice cruiser and there are some mods to make one of those run hard and handle well so it is not a bad choice for a first timer...

Thanks a lot Sam. I am an elder, but have had a history of "hot" cars when I was younger ('69 396/375 HP Camaro, 62 Ford Tbird Sport Roadster, '64 Dodge Polara). The car needs some help in restoring, but the car has a lot of HD add ons (coolers, etc) that make it worth it. I know you understand. I will eventually (lastly) paint it black again as I think it was a scuff and shoot paint job. I look forward to interacting with you guys on the forum. It's going to be exciting.
