Im sure you can find the true HID lights, with a complete harness conversion and all that for a nice chunk of money.
Or you can do the Ricer HID lights and go buy the light bulbs that are supposed to look like them at pep boys for $10.

they will never look the same, but xenon bulbs are bright and white. they are also pretty cheap, remember as with halogen bulbs dont touch them...the glass will pop once the oils from your fingers heat up. if you are dead set on getting hid's most any kit will work. you can get a stock one from a nissan or lexus and they should work...only problem i would think would be finding a bulb that fits in the camaro headlights.
