This is only my 2nd post, so glad to be here and learn somethings. Anyway, I have a Holley list#80457-1 600 CFM with a broken ear on the base plate. Other than that, it's a really good carb. I have a like new, perfect Holley list #3310 750 CFM base plate. Will this work on the 600 ok?

thanks......

I was hoping that the 3310 plate would go on without any mods. You see, the 3310 is a complete, low mileage, (200 miles) carb at the moment. My plans were to use the 3310 float bowls only & put them onto the 600 carb. I know that's a direct fit, and have always liked the look of the dual line setup.

If the 3310 (750cfm) plate won't work without any mods to the 600, I'll have to wait a locate a correct plate for it.

The reason I am going to the smaller carb, is that the 750 is to big on my mildly built 350ci. More interested in retaining some kind of mileage.

That's really good info to know. I was just going by what Holley says on their site & from what I have read in books as far as mileage goes. Just another reason I joined this board. For good info!!

I have since lucked out & found a 1850-1 plate to try. I will also try your tips on how to setup jet sizing.....
