Would this work?


As the TCC solenoid is the only one physically attached to the wiring harness, i though one might me able to test across the TCC pin and 12+input, and check the resistance there (click image).

I tried it and got 24 ohms at 20degrees C.

Does that sound correct?

Its just a stab in the dark

 

is silence a conformation that I am on the right track here ??

Any constructive feedback would be appreciated by those with experience.

 

you could do that or supply power and ground you should hear it click...on a rebuld I replace them anyway I usually get a new wiring harness on all my builds 40 dollar investement can keep you from gettuing a headache

Just curious, how did you test the EPC pressure solenoid? thanks

 

I ran a resistance test on all solinoids across the 2 connecting terminals. All fel in between the OEM specs range, incuding the EPC pressure solenoid.

Hi, where did you get the OHM resistance specs for the EPC solenoid? and the specs for the rest?
