For close to a month I have been looking for the brackets for motor mounts that fit on a 87 Thunderbird (Fox Body) to mount my 351 Windsor in. I have the 351 motor mounts but my previous brackets from the orginal 3.8 wont work and I have been searchin the internet for swap kits which I found one and the phone numer is no longer in service. And the Ford dealerships tell me the brackets were welded to the cradle which I believe they werent and the junk yards around here HA I asked for the brakets and I said Fox Body (response) What the hell is a fox body? never mind never mind so if anyone has sites, companys or even blueprints to make them PLEASE HELP ME

The crossmember for both the 3.8L and 5.0L are the same. The brackets are welded to this x-member. The engine mounts for either engine is unique. You need a set of 5.0L insulators and the 6030/31 brackets that attach to the block mounting pads and the insulators to them.

Ask your FORD dealer for a CDP illustration printout of both setups. This will save you money over a swap kit.

Aren't the 80s Mustangs considered Fox bodys? I didn't know Thunderbirds were Fox bodys.
