Just thought I'd say "hi" since I'm new to the site.
I live in the Phoenix area and drive a 1999 Chevy Camaro Z28.
Right now I'm in the middle of selling the car in hopes of starting a new project car. Plans are to build a new motor from scratch and drop it into a 1st gen f-body or something simliar. I'd be building the motor myself...although I'm not a pro. I have basic knowlege of engines...I was able to do the heads, cam, etc, etc., on my LS1 motor, so I assume that's better than knowing nothing. I'm a Chevy guy but I'm open to suggestions for the new motor/chasis/setup.
My main dilemma is: small block or big block?! Any suggestions, pros/cons? The car would be a weekend warrior with frequent visits to the local dragstrip.
Thanks in advance.
