4 cylinder, Iron Duke engine. At random times the tach will jump and there is a slight engine miss. When the tach is not jumping the engine runs smooth with plenty of power.
I've already replaced the Ignition Coil, Cap, Rotor and Tach filter.
None of these had any effect on the problem.
The problem will happen when cold, after first starting up and in open loop as well as hot while driving in closed loop, but its random. It may drive 10 miles perfectly then pitch a fit, then do another 10 good miles.
I haven't come across any loose grounds. Not sure what else to check?
