just want to say hello and i hope i have finally found a site that i can get a few helpful answers. seems the pro's out there want to protect their trade secrets and i guess i can't blame them but for the do it yourselfers like me it would be nice to do something right the first time instead of learning through trial and error. i am a machinest by trade owing an industrial machine shop in lagrange ga (1 hr south of atlanta) been into streetrodding since i was 16 (now 57). first car a 1929 model a phaeton. attended the first turkey rod run in 1978 been hooked ever since. current projects include 1936 ford cabriolet,1932 ford roadster, and comming up next a 1937 coast to coast sedan i want to make into a woodie. i do all the work myself from building the chassis to paint and upholstery and i have plenty of upholstery questions so i think it is time to get started. i will certainly be willing to help anyone that has interest in any of my post.what i have learned i have come about the hard way and might not be the correct way but in my case it has worked for me. bill holloway
