I have both.. Well kind of anybody tell me whats invoved with this. even a link to more info would help
The Ford Small Block at 260 inches was factory option for the Falcon in 1964, so why not pursue the simple solution and drop a 302 in it. The 302 uses the same engine mounts as the 221, 260 and 289, even the 351. Just get an engine, tranny, and rear end out of a 1970's, 80's, or 90's Mustang.candrive55 said:I have both.. '64-'65 Malibu/Chevelle is like that too. But yeah I grew up working on Chevy's..but I'm still partial towards 60's Fords/Mercurys. "Stacked" headlights are a turn-on for some reason...like the '65-'67 Comets, as well as mid-60's LeMans/GTOs.candrive55 said:Thanks guys. moving on to the next pipe dream. I have to say more of a chevy guy myself. 53 54 55 chev early chevelle. But these little falcons have a look to them..... I think I am in love with the rear tire tucked up inside the quarter panel.. you know lowered so center of rim is close to the upper lip of the Quarter....Anyway rambling now. Thanks again
