Sunsong kit for steering box rebuild?

Hi all, I am looking for a steering box rebuild kit since mine is leaking like a sieve. However, I am not from the USA. So sourcing parts without paying with gold is a challenge. I am currently using Amazon, which i have a shopping basket with some other stuff.

I am looking for a rebuild kit for a camaro 1979 4 bolt cover. And there are TONS of Sunsong kits on amazon. However, they are very poor at communicating if they will fit yes or no. Edelmann is way more clear in that regard, but many of those dont ship to my location...

Long story short; has anyone ever rebuild a box from a camaro using a sunsong kit? If so, which one? I feel like theyre all very similar, the steering boxes that is, so this is why i am asking here! Thanks

I have just looked up for the 79 Camaro Edelmann kit number and it has come up with 8523. They have them on Amazon. If I was you I would check to make sure my info was right and then try Amazon.

Where did you find it would fit? I cannot seem to find any source which says it will. Thanks for the input though, worth looking into

According to Rockauto 8521 ( without bearings ) and 8522 ( with bearings) are the correct kits… they have them and ship worldwide

Sorry my mistake typed 3 instead of 1. Just looked and it looks like Amazon will not ship either kit to Europe. So it looks like Rockauto is the way to go.

RockAuto should have been your first choice. Amazon sell so much crap unless you see the name brand front and center you will get a knock off piece of junk.
