which plugs to use

Ive always ran AC Delco in my chevys....its OE eqiupment....everyone i know likes AC Delco also....but you will have to find out for your self....cause everyone has there own opiniun....good luck

 

Edelbrock recommends Champion RC12YC. They are considerably shorter ther gasketed 3/4 reach.

 

So the Champion plugs are shorter? I need short ones because of my headers. oops just saw I mentioned that I need short ones in the original post. Thanks

 

If you can get them i think NGK iridium are the best out there, expensive but good. Will fire quite a range of mixtures.

iv run both the ACDelcos on my c-10 and curently have a set of the accel shorty plugs in it to clear the headers, i think they both have worked great, dont know about the other brands. I have another set of the shortys from accele sitting in my tool box for when these need replacing. the go fast store had em on slae a few months ago. The back of the box has a referance chart for what will work with the AC stock plug and give you the accel part #. I can look it up for ya if you give me the #

 

I think I need Accel 416s plugs. I am looking to find other plugs that are short also so I can compare? Just do not know of any other shourt plugs out there.
