I have a 95 ext. cab with a 5.7 150,00 miles that is kinda getting under my skin. With koeo I have a ses light, but it does not flash systems ready like it should. it cranks and runs but misfires under load worse with a/c on. Anyone have any ideas I would be most appreciative.

The SES light should not flash. If it flashes it will be while the engine is running to warn of a catalytic converter damaging condition, such as an over rich fuel mixture.As long as it lights when the KOEO your OK.
As far as misfiring without codes, check the basics,first. Spark plugs and wires Or boots if you have Coil on Plug setup for any issues.
Water doesnt burn so check the fuel filter also. It could be plugging or have water in the system wich could cause trouble. Start with the basics
