Hello all:
I have a 1975 XJ6 that has been "Lumped" (Chevy Conversion for those less in the know), I am going to be putting a new master cylinder and retro fitting the old brake resivoir with a Mitsubishi type. While I was removing the old resivoir I noticed a lot of black sediment in the bottom and the fluid was a very brown. I while I was at it I might as well order a new rear brake iine but how often should brake lines be replaced. Should I do all the lines at the same time? After all the car is almost 30 years old now. Also any advice on how to make sure the solid lines are free of junk inside?
Thanks
