I have a 1983 Ford F-150 302 with a stock cam. Stock cam is 1.773 INT and 1.442 EXH, my cam is 1.475 INT and 1.375 EXH so it is .298 worn on INT and .067 worn on EXH, is this not acceptable and causing it to skip. Holds 150 compression on every cylinder, hot or cold. But skips when warm. Done checked all electrical, wiring and all plug wires, distributor, fuel, and timing. So is the wear on my cam causing my skip?

So thats on every lobe? or just one? If just one I say yes could be your skip. All, I say something up with your measurements. How many miles on the motor? Could be many other things, wire, injector, very likely a carbon problem on the back of the intake valves or a weak spring.
