Looking to order a new TC for the 700r4 in my '26T coupe. I think that the 700r4 comes in two different spline counts. I don't have a clue what year trans I have, or what the spline count is. I know there are 30 spline converters. I think the earlier one is 27 spline but not sure. What year was the change to 30 spline, and is there anyway to determine externally one from the other? I drive this thing every day and don't want to take it apart to count splines and then order and wait for a new TC unless I really have to.
