That is a cast crank. See the really thin sharp parting line on the rough cast part of the counter weights? That is the casting partign line. If it were a forged unit, the 'parting line' would be quite wide and smooth. Of course, all early Chrysler hemis have forged steel cranks, unlike the majority of Chevys and Fords with their weenie cast iron ones.
