ok I have a 67 camaro with all the brakes converted to 4th gen disc brakes and just installed new wheels and tires but with the car on jack stands and the the tires turning there is a wobble to the tires these are new centerline wheels and goodrich tires and I dont find a wobble with the wheels removed so does anyone have any suggestions for me to look at I am sure it is in the wheel and tire combo or the mounting so let me know what you guys think.

Sounds like you have some bad wheels.........I would take them back and tell them I want them replaced. Sometimes the wheels are warped during the manfacturing process and they get by the inspector. Also sometimes wheels can be warped by using the wrong type equipment to mount the tires...the aluminum ones seem like they are the worst.

Sometimes ... the wheel is not seated all the way ... I have had this issue with custom wheels before. Wheels are hub centric and need to be correctly located and flat to the mounting surface.

Are all 4 wheels doing the wobble ?
If one is not ... remove the wheel and try another wheel there ...then try the non wobble wheel where the wobble wheel came from ...

Just a suggestion...

I bought some Torque Trust II from Eagle Alloys and when I got them mounted there was a little wobble in all the rims.(up and down. Not side to side) The guy that mounted them said I probably wont notice anything. So I tried them and could not notice a thing and I have been using them for 2 years now no problems at all. Maybe just try them out see if you can tell?

BFG tires have turned to %^&* in recent years. Especially Radial T/As S rated. Pull the worst wheel/tire assembly, demount the tire and check the wheel runout. I bet it is tires. More than .060 total tread out of round will jump all over the road.

Also remount those tires on the wheels using proper mounting compound, not soap and water on the beads.

Remember, you can balance a concrete block but it won't roll very smoothly.
